Key Structural Changes in This Whole Home Remodel

This phase shows the framing after opening up the kitchen and living room into one connected space. A new LVL header was installed to carry the load where walls were removed. The jack studs, cripple studs, and pony wall were framed to properly support the structure and define the new layout. All existing wiring has been identified at this stage, with rework planned to bring everything up to current standards. This is where the structure is set and the space starts to take shape the right way.
